The WP XPLOR PRO Shock A703C410Z313220 is a high-performance rear shock absorber designed to provide precise, adaptable suspension performance for demanding off-road riding. Developed using WP Suspension’s extensive motorsport experience, it features friction-optimised components, an optimised WP PRO COMPONENTS setting and carefully controlled oil circulation to deliver improved damping behaviour and consistent suspension response.
A key advantage of the XPLOR PRO Shock is its wide range of adjustment. Spring preload can be adjusted to suit the rider and setup, while separate high-speed and low-speed compression damping allows the suspension response to be fine-tuned for different terrain and riding conditions. Rebound damping is also adjustable, giving riders greater control over how quickly the shock returns after compression. These settings make it possible to tailor the suspension to individual preferences and changing off-road conditions.
The result is a more controlled connection between the motorcycle and the terrain, with WP highlighting greater grip and traction, increased comfort, reduced physical strain and greater rider confidence as key benefits of its XPLOR PRO technology. The separate compression damping circuits also provide more precise adjustment when setting up the motorcycle for specific riding requirements.
Supplied with a 72 N/mm shock spring, the WP XPLOR PRO Shock A703C410Z313220 provides a comprehensive suspension upgrade for riders looking for greater adjustability and refined damping performance.

Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. KTM Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are typically sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are typically made the next working day, but some remote areas may require an extra day. Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ktmdirect.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
