The KTM Ergo Rider's Seat is designed to change that. Built specifically to improve on the standard seat, it gives you a noticeably more comfortable place to sit without changing anything about the way your bike looks or feels to ride. It fits your KTM exactly as the standard seat does, keeping the same seat height, so there's no need to adjust your riding position, your mirrors, or anything else. It's a straightforward upgrade that makes a real difference from the very first ride.
The real improvement comes from the foam. This seat uses a specially developed 3D structure mesh foam that works differently from a conventional seat. Rather than concentrating pressure in the same spots over time, it spreads your weight more evenly across the whole seating surface. That means less fatigue, less soreness, and a much more comfortable experience as the miles add up. The shape of the seat has also been carefully refined to give you a little more legroom and to help you sit more naturally on the bike, improving your contact with the motorcycle. Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that KTM Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. KTM Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
KTM Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are typically sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are typically made the next working day, but some remote areas may require an extra day. Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ktmdirect.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
